Strategic Leadership
The primary objective of the Strategic Leadership training program is to educate leaders, including Executive Leaders and Leaders of Leaders, about the interdependence of corporate values and culture with business strategy and execution. Participants gain knowledge and skills to drive employee engagement, conduct a situational analysis, and develop an effective business strategy. Additionally, the program teaches participants how to plan for strategy execution, communicate a compelling vision, and inspire employees to embrace change. The training also aids in improving critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities that can be applied to workplace challenges, leading to better decision-making. It comprises pre-work assignments, facilitated discussions, case studies, individual and small-group work, and other tools to help participants apply their knowledge to their business roles.
