Innovating Through Design Thinking
The Innovating Through Design Thinking program is an interactive and engaging training course that empowers participants to utilize innovative thinking skills and behaviors to develop new solutions that result in improved outcomes. The training is particularly suited for both Front-Line Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. During the program, participants learn how to establish the appropriate context for the design thinking process, practice and apply creativity and innovation to problem-solving and new idea generation, and employ innovation methodologies to convert ideas into actions and results.
