Courageous Leadership
The Courageous Leadership training program is built around learners' personal experiences, enabling them to establish a connection between serving and leading, forming a solid foundation of servant leadership. The program is tailored to suit the needs of Front-Line Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. Through interactive activities and discussions about their real-world experiences, learners get to explore a practical model and learn about a servant leader's key practices and characteristics. Upon completing the program, present and potential leaders are able to inspire positive intentions and trust within their organization. Moreover, they get to improve their abilities to conduct transformational coaching conversations with their team members and embrace innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. These developments will augment their leadership skills, enabling them to lead effectively and promote positive organizational change.
