The Building an Accountable Culture training program has been designed to cater to Front-Line Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. It provides an interactive workshop that equips them with the necessary tools to evaluate and foster a culture of team accountability. The program encompasses various techniques that aid in creating an environment where employees feel confident in assuming accountability for taking the initiative, suggesting solutions, and making decisions that lead to outstanding performance across all business domains. This helps to establish consistency in activities and mindset from the front line up to the executive level. Throughout the training program, leaders delve into why the victim mentality is challenging to eradicate and the personal and professional costs associated with it. The workshop incorporates the Ladder of Accountability, SMART goals, and the language of accountability to enable leaders to exhibit, reinforce, and coach appropriate behaviors.
