PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)®

Business analysis is now more than ever a core component of project management. By getting a PMI-PBA certification, you'll be able to progress your career in a fresh new direction.

Research shows that most project failures at organizations stem from the gathering of inaccurate requirements. Despite this knowledge, only half of relevant organizations have the resources to perform this function properly. With this certification you can become the expert your organization needs! This PMI-PBA certification will highlight your competencies in defining requirements, shaping the outcomes of your organization's projects, and driving intended business goals.

Who should apply?

This PMI-PBA certification is best suited for those project management professionals who manage requirements, product development, and perform business analysis as part of their duties.
