The Importance of PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® Training Courses

Business analysis is now more than ever a core component of project management. By gaining a PMI-PBA certification, you'll be able to progress your career in a fresh new direction.

Research shows that the gathering of inaccurate requirements is one of the top causes of project failures. Despite this knowledge, only half of relevant organizations have the resources to perform this function properly. With this certification you can become the expert your organization needs! The PMI-PBA certification will highlight your competencies in defining requirements, shaping the outcomes of your organization's projects, and driving intended business goals.
