Courses are taught by William Agee, Jr. Mr. Agee has been in purchasing for nearly thirty-five years spanning a very broad and diverse career. Initially, Bill began purchasing in the retail operations, wholesale/distribution field, moved over to a regulated purchasing environment with a branch of the federal government, took a manufacturing position over both purchasing and manufacturing management in a pharmaceutical and medical device firm, followed by experience in a service acquisitions organization and worked as a construction Owner's Advocate.

This program consists of 4 compulsory courses and 2 electives courses, each meeting for two seven-hour sessions.

- PSCM 1102: Power Negotiations
- PSCM 1103: Cost/Price Analysis
- PSCM 1104: The Terms and Conditions of a Contract

- PSCM 1105: Specification Development and Statements of Work
- PSCM 1106: Techniques to Reduce Price and Cost
- PSCM 1107: Project Management & Contract Administration
- PSCM 1108: Advanced Purchasing Applications
Course delivery details
This course consists of six courses (4 compulsory courses and 2 electives) meeting for two seven-hour sessions (Attendance is required on both days in the same month offering).
Courses must be completed within two years of entering the program to earn the certificate.
Costs
The fee for each course is $995 (USD). The total fee for the program is $5,970 (USD).
Materials, parking, breakfast, and lunch are included in the course fee.
Certification / Credits
A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of class on day 2.
