  • Module 1: Awareness, interest/consideration and conversion metrics
  • Module 2: Ad campaign metrics and budget optimization
  • Module 3: Platform Analytics Part 1 – Facebook, Instagram and the Facebook Ads Manager
  • Module 4: Platform Analytics Part 2 – YouTube, Twitter and other platforms
  • Module 5: Analytics management tools – Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social and other tools

Course delivery details

You can complete this program at your own pace, anywhere and anytime, as long as you have a computer with access to the internet and a web browser. On the program start date, you'll receive access and must complete the program within 10 weeks.

The program consists of five modules that you must complete in sequence. Each module contains:

  • Instructor-led videos and resources (e.g., short readings)
  • Module mini-assessment to ensure you understand the subject matter

Each module mini-assessment must be completed with a score of 80% or higher to unlock the next module. The mini-assessments are meant to ensure you understand the content and can be retaken as many times as needed to achieve a passing score. Once you successfully complete the five course modules, you must undertake and complete a short capstone project which will help you integrate material from across the five competency tiers.

The estimated time to complete this course is 18-20 hours broken down as follows:

  • Video: approximately 10 hours
  • Reading: approximately 1.5 hours
  • Mini-assessments: approximately 1.5 hours
  • Capstone project: approximately 5-7 hours
