TRACOM’s Improving Managerial Effectiveness With Versatility program can be delivered in 2 hours and offers an introduction to interpersonal effectiveness for managers and supervisors using the poweful SOCIAL STLE Model and Profile. The SOCIAL STYLE Model focuses on others ability to create good relationships. There are four unique Styles and each Style has different ways of using time, interacting with others, and making decisions. Learners complete their SOCIAL STYLE Assessment and receive their personal Profile as part of the course.
