MindMelds: Practical Silo-Busting and Integration: one-day on-site workshop
Silos happen. Even in offices where everyone appears to be communicating clearly, they pop up all over the place, resulting in duplicated efforts, missed opportunities and a sometimes tremendous waste of time and resources.
This one-day in-house experiential learning session is designed to pull people together from various departments so they can get past silos by better understanding one another's roles, responsibilities and perspectives. This session, however, goes far beyond the organizational chart. Utilizing techniques based in improvisation, participants will address challenges and gain an learn collaboration in a manner that is fun, engaging, and relevant.

On Your Feet Workshop Fees
On Your Feet workshops and keynote programs are highly customized to meet specific company needs. Fees vary depending on the amount of design required as well as delivery specifications. All workshops are delivered by at least two facilitators. OYF has its global headquarters in Portland, OR. Courses booked within 50 miles of Portland, therefore, usually don't incur travel and lodging expenses for facilitators.
