The problem isn’t that we need more time. We are all giving 25 hours a day. The problem is how we manage our activities. Dreaming about a better life, job, relationship, or income is common to all of us. What is not common is how we go about our day, turning imaginations into real accomplishments. By adding a visualization practice to your daily routine, you will naturally become more motivated to reach your goals. Suddenly, you find yourself volunteering to take on more responsibility at work, speaking out at staff meetings, asking more directly for what you want, and taking more risks in your personal and professional life – and experiencing bigger pay-offs.
