EXTENDED DISC LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Your leaders and emerging leaders will use their Extended DISC® Leadership Assessments to better understand how they prefer to lead, how their leadership style is seen by their teams, and how they can better understand the behavioral and communication preferences of their team members. They will actively practice and apply their learnings.
This interactive 2+ hour in-class or virtual workshop is based on 4 Steps to Effective Leadership:
- Understanding DISC Styles
- Understanding Your Leadership Style
- Identifying Your Team Member’s Style
- Adjusting Your Leadership Style for Success
At the end of the day, the DISC feedback information empowers your leaders to be more confidently self-aware, utilize their strengths, identify areas to develop, and implement actions plans to adjust for success.
