Preparing food on a commercial scale requires a great deal of training and discipline. Food Service Certification Programs

Certifications are available for food service professionals at a variety of agencies. The American Culinary Federation is an organization that awards different certifications to chefs. Certification is voluntary, but it does a lot to validate a culinary professional's experience and education qualifications.
