The I-MBO (Innovation Mindset, Behaviors and Opportunities) analytic and workshop provides a unique, trustworthy, on-the-ground picture of the culture of innovation as experienced and practiced by everyday leaders and employees. The I-MBO analytic is based on original research, with decades of experience in the field of business innovation.
You can use the I-MBO analytic to establish your baseline and track quantifiable results over the long-term about how the people in your organization:
