Course description
This course trains participants in proven business process improvement problem solving methodologies (Lean Six Sigma). Participants deepen their knowledge of problem solving and are introduced to root cause analysis for more complex business process improvement opportunities. Participants learn how to reduce defects in established business processes using a practical toolkit. Problem solving is structured, data-driven, customer focused and based on teamwork. Participants will be exposed to additional proven methodologies which accelerate problem solving. Those methodologies include key elements of change management, project management and internal consulting.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand how to capture the voice of the customer
- Understand how to create a baseline of process of performance using good data
- Understand how to use root cause analysis tools
- Understand how to create action plans which make processes better
- Understand how to sustain superior process performance
