Training Industry Agile Certification for human resources (HR) and learning management and development (L&D) are valid for 16 PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, 12.25 general recertification credit hours toward a PHR™, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi®, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) and fulfill 15 CPTM recertification credit hours.
