Isaac is a bilingual trainer with 20 years of experience developing and delivering leadership skills courses and webinars in both, English and in Spanish. He is dedicated to the learning needs of non-English fluent, Hispanic supervisors and front line production employees. Isaac knows that first generation Hispanic employees are deeply rooted in practicality. In order for the training to be effective and successful, it has to be repetitive, experientially based and make a human connection. Isaac's familiarity with various Hispanic cultures assists him in building these types of meaningful connections with his audience.
