The Soderquist Center for Leadership & Ethics is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing values-based leaders around the world. The Soderquist Center is affiliated with John Brown University and operates two facilities in Northwest Arkansas. Don Soderquist, retired COO and Senior Vice Chairman of Walmart Stores, Inc., founded the Soderquist Center in 1999. Since that date, we’ve worked with hundreds of organizations and impacted thousands of leaders who are making a difference in the marketplace today.
Offerings include open-enrollment programs like Milestone for high-potential leaders, team-building on either of our two high- and low-ropes courses, executive-to-executive coaching, strategic planning, and digital DIY resources for you to host meaningful leadership conversations with your team.
