Built-in tools provide trainers the ability to ask questions and deliver results in real-time and provide a foundation for interaction and discussion.  Pando's Propriety Index of Engagement (PIE) measures engagement down to the participant level which gives trainers the analytics to evaluate how well their content is being internalized as well as an opportunity for additional coaching when needed. There is no software to download and participants are greeted by a live help desk staff, resulting in a 99% onboarding success rate. Pando has been used extensively for diverse training needs for both global and domestic audiences and has been rated as superior by clients and participants.
