Teamway has designed 3 programs for your team building events or leadership training. Each of our programs are organized along different themes, which vary according to the goal your company would like to achieve.
- Team Spirit includes exercises designed to reinforce bonding. The employees get to know each other better outside the professional context and overcome any barriers.
- Team Building seeks to improve team performance by working on mutual understanding and group cohesiveness.
- Team Training sets out to identify any problems that may exist in a company (internal communication, poor management of stress or tension, etc.) and thereby arrive at constructive solutions in a harmonious atmosphere.
