Plan2Win was started because we saw a gap in the training and skill levels of today's sales teams. Real territory strategy and key account planning were not being taught, and there were no tools to facilitate the process. That is why P2W was started. The goal of P2W is to create sales tools that enhance the sales person’s activities, not impede them.
