Zoom for Legal Professionals
You will learn how to set up new meetings and the various options available for security as well as share screens with the participants. You will learn how to capture the Zoom meeting into a video and use it later for a presentation, how to insert that video of the Zoom session into PowerPoint, how to use the Alt+Tab key to switch between shared windows/applications on your computer, how to mute and unmute participants, turn on video of yourself or others and turn off the display of non-video participants.
You will learn how to send links to the sessions you set up for meetings and how to schedule the same meeting over a period of time. You will learn how to use a ‘green screen’ so you can establish whatever background seems appropriate and the best techniques for the lighting of participants and how to use the Zoom to interview potential witnesses or presenters of fact.
