The Improvisational Leader: In-house Training ProgramWhen a leader is at his or her best it is because they are able to see the potential in every individual member of a team or organization and direct it towards the task at hand. In this way, leaders and improv directors are one and the same. Both know when to embrace the unknown, find the lesson in the mistake and put their own agenda to the side for the benefit of creation and expression. Most of all, the improv directors and leaders inspire confidence in their people.
Lead on your feet
The Improvisational Leader program is designed to make leadership skills and approaches accessible and readily inserted into the real world, starting the moment participants step out of the session. Utilizing improvisation and experiential learning techniques participants will gain the skills to both lead with confidence and inspire confidence in others.

On Your Feet Workshop Fees
On Your Feet workshops and keynote programs are highly customized to meet specific company needs. Fees vary depending on the amount of design required as well as delivery specifications. All workshops are delivered by at least two facilitators. OYF has its global headquarters in Portland, OR. Courses booked within 50 miles of Portland, therefore, usually don't incur travel and lodging expenses for facilitators.
