Since 1978, we have provided turn-key and customized Mentoring Solutions for different groups and purposes, ranging from orienting new hires to executive leadership development. We also provide Coaching Solutions for developing needed competencies and Knowledge Solutions to retain critical organizational knowledge. We did R&D on how to enhance STEM and STEAM Education, improve teacher Preparation, and create a Workforce / Talent Development Pipeline comprised of Youth + Undergrads + Professionals. Youth identify careers that match their talents and aspirations so they take the right courses, stay in school, graduate, choose the right academic major for a best-fit career. We provide classroom and online training. We prefer training mentoring partners (20,000 trained) because mentoring takes place during Partner Training; we also train just mentors and proteges (mentees). We train Trainers to use our methods and materials.
