I have taken many different online workshops. Often I find myself distracted and working on other things or losing interest in the workshop. This workshop was interesting, and the combination of lecture, discussion, and activities kept me engaged throughout the entire session.

This was a well-organized, terrific workshop. The mixture of written material, group interaction, and exercises to reinforce learning felt perfect to me. I'm already making adjustments to the training sessions I lead based on what I learned in this class.
