About
As a public benefit company, InStride drives business and social impact forward through workforce education. InStride partners with industry-leading companies such as Aramark, Carvana, Labcorp and Prime Communications to offer their employees the life-changing benefits of a college education through a network of top-tier universities. As a result, InStride’s corporate partners have enrolled more than 35,000 employee-learners in higher education, helping them avoid more than $300 million in student debt.
InStride has its origins in a groundbreaking program created by Starbucks and Arizona State University (ASU). The Starbucks College Achievement Plan is an initiative designed for employees to earn college degrees. With 5,000 college graduates to date, the program served as the catalyst for ASU to create InStride in 2019, in collaboration with The Rise Fund.
Today, InStride partners with more than 40 corporate clients and offers 1,600+ degree programs, credentials and courses. InStride’s global academic network is comprised of ASU, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Virginia, City University of New York, Universidad Tecmilenio and others.
