At Insight Coaching, we focus on ‘discovering the power of perception and effective communication’. We work with a wide array of clients from graduates to C-Suite in the private and public sector, developing training programmes in 3 key areas:
• The Art of Communication - develop tools for effective communication that's clear and impactful, from public speaking to one-to-one meetings. The objective is to make participants masterful in their own personal style of communication.
• Progressive Leadership - leading with 5 generations in the workplace. Our leadership programme focuses on leading with a people-centered approach. Empowering leaders to be the difference in the workplace.
• Diversity and Bias Training - building better awareness of self and others. The programme sets out to build a more inclusive workforce, with the goal to better understand people and cultures, as the world becomes more connected. As well as dealing with the uncomfortable truth of racial bias.
