GSSRI presents a variety of very unique programmes. All our programmes are built around the NBI Preference Profiles that was developed by the Creativity Master, Dr. Kobus Neethling. The training is designed to draw delegates into a proactive learning experience during which they are challenged to explore their own capabilities and attitudes, as well as elements of their roles and their performance at work. Essentially the training is an interactive experience and delegates are encouraged to participate in discussions and debates about relevant issues, and reconsider many of the things they may have taken for granted. Delegates are also able to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop personal improvement plans. They receive ample opportunity to express their opinions, share their inputs and hear about the observed issues that affect their performance – in their own and other organisations.
