Falcon Training is a young, enthusiastic, but caring training organisation. We offer high quality,
short course training interventions to organisations that have a need to develop their staff. We
pride ourselves on providing employees with real, practical skills and information that will enable
them to improve their performance and to develop their potential.
Our courses fall in the soft skills, communication, contact centre and sales and customer service
disciplines and all courses are facilitated by an expert who has experience in the field.
Although based in Johannesburg, Falcon Training is flexible and delivers service to clients
anywhere in South Africa and north of our borders.
