Briljent develops and delivers customized training for state and federal government agencies, companies, and non-profit organizations across the U.S. We have deep experience in organizational change management and training designed to support rollouts of large software/system implementations, but our expertise is varied, having worked in many sectors and on many topics in our 22 years of business. Our curriculum designers typically work on projects that involves complex workflows, multiple roles, and combinations of services and programs. We have offices in Fort Wayne, IN, Chicago, IL, and Indianapolis, IN, with sales presence in Phoenix AZ and Albany NY. We employ approximately 200 highly skilled learning professionals and PMP® -certified project managers, and we have access to a deep bench that allows us to easily scale to meet large organizational needs.
