Bonnie served as the Director of Training for Doral Arrowwood, the
nation’s premier conference center. While in this position, Bonnie
conceived, designed, and managed Doral University - the first in-house
training program for all managers and staff. Bonnie worked with 400
employees and managers, and helped them gain valuable skills in
leadership, supervision, and interpersonal communication.
Bonnie holds a degree in marketing management from Siena College and is
a certified facilitation trainer from Rollins College. Bonnie is
certified to Facilitate DiSC® programs and assessments; Achieve
Global/Zenger Miller Leadership modules, and is a Vital Learning
Affiliate. Bonnie is also a member of the New York City Hotel
Association, The South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and the American
Society for Training and Development.
