I think the class structure is good, the material is relevant and the way it is presented included with class participation makes the seminar valuable.

I learned some valuable skills that will help me be a better leader.

Overall the training was great, the materials provided didn't always line up with the slide presentation but overall we covered a lot in 2 days and I found it useful.
