much of the content is 'common sense'. I did get some good take aways that I will put into practice, so my time was not wasted.

Alan was fantastic. Virtually trainings are challenging, but Alan kept the class engaged throughout the two-day training.

The instructor kept the information flowing, current and the students engaged.

Dr. Hysmith was great very knowledgeable. She had some technical issues when seeing all of the participates, and got a little confused who was speaking.
