Course delivery details

In this 6-hour session, you will learn, practice and apply a simple and memorable tool for achieving the agreements you want and add a repertoire of best practices for reaching better outcomes. The session fosters awareness of negotiation as joint problem solving that requires understanding other parties' needs and concerns and the skill at persuasively sharing your needs.

In this virtual session, we will help you improve your ability to create better, more efficient deals by providing:

  • a strategic framework (the ICON®Framework) for preparing for negotiations,

  • best practices for executing negotiation conversations, and

  • hands-on practice using one of your own upcoming internal or client negotiations.

By the end of the day, you will be better able to:

  • reach outcomes that meet strategic goals,

  • communicate more effectively,

  • start, sustain, and repair critical business relationships.
