Certified Benefits Professional® (CBP)

Certified Benefits Professional® (CBP)

Benefits, another key element of a successful Total Rewards strategy, can directly impact the level of satisfaction and engagement employees feel in an organization. WorldatWork recognizes the value an efficient benefits program can have on an organization. Designed for today’s dynamic U.S. benefits environment, this program provides solid strategies and a practical application of the role of employee benefits within the total rewards strategy.

Holding a CBP gives you, and your employer, confidence in your job skills. Its signifies that you have the essential U.S. specific knowledge about integrating benefits programs with business strategy, designing and administering benefits plans, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, outsourcing and working with benefits service partners and communicating benefits information. Your employer, staff and peers will recognize your CBP credential as an indication of the skills and knowledge you’ve gained through education.

A CBP is earned after obtaining a passing score for all required exams. For each of the required exams, corresponding preparation courses are available in a variety of convenient learning formats providing the essential skills and knowledge necessary to be a successful practitioner — as well as to better prepare you for the examinations.
