Course description
Leadership Development Programs
For leaders who want to develop and enhance specific capabilities for greater overall effectiveness, these programs are syllabus driven with a unique developmental arc designed specifically for you. Participants must be curious, willing to invest time and energy, and willing to play with new ideas and ways of showing up. This work will amplify your gifts and talents and will shift behaviors that thwart effective leadership.
These programs can consist of four to twelve sessions, depending on the needs and desires of the client. Speak with one of our Directors to explore how a personal Leadership Development Program can best move you in the direction of your intentions.
