Introduction to Salesforce Administration & Configuration: 5-Day / 40-Hour CourseStony Point has developed this introductory training course to provide all students with the fundamentals of Salesforce and prepare them to sit and successfully pass both the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam and the Force.com Certified Platform App Builder exam. The course is taught by a senior instructor with years of real world Salesforce experience, covering the fundamental aspects of Salesforce, as well as providing their insights from their own real world experiences and best practices.
This training course serves as an alternative to both the Administration Essentials for New Admins (ADM 201) and the portions of the Building Applications with Force.com and Visualforce (DEV401) which are included in the Certified Platform App Builder exam.
All course participants will receive a practice learning environment during hands-on exercises in the course. Once the course has been completed, students may keep and continue to use this learning environment indefinitely without any additional fee.
