Transactional vs Transformational Leadership
We’ll wrap up the workshop by exploring how expertise is not the same as leadership. In fact, when individuals lead from a place of expertise - that is, constantly giving their team ‘the’ solution - they steal growth opportunities away from their team. With Level 52's tools for transformation, leaders learn how to re-frame their role away from ‘always having the answer’ to instead being the custodian of their team’s growth and development.
