Risk Management and Management Systems
This course provides an overview of the ISO 31000 standard and how it can be used to help strengthen your current quality management system through application of risk management concepts, no matter which standard you are certified to. This one day class will include some practical examples and offer some workshops to give students an opportunity to practice use of risk management techniques. While designed for beginners to the subject, many former students return to refresh their skills and catch up on the latest risk management.
