Course description
This self-paced recording goes further in-depth on the overview of the structure and requirements of an effective Quality Management System (QMS) and helps you gain an understanding of how to implement it based on guidance under ISO/TS 9002:2016. These are recordings of a qualified ISO 9001 Auditor.
Learning Objectives:
• Identify the key requirements and benefits of ISO 9001 – Clauses and Sub-clauses
• Understand the Process Approach Methodology
• Understand Key Process Indicators for Processes Effectiveness
• Understand Risk Based Thinking in relation to the standard
• Understand Documented Information requirements for Maintenance and Retention
• Understand the Value Add of Management Review and its influence on the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle
Requirements: Basic knowledge of a management system and knowledge of the standard is required.
Participants are required to have a copy of the ISO9001:2015 Standard and the ISO/TS9002:2016 Standard.
DQS will not be providing a copy of the standard.
