Course description

This three-day instructor-led course is intended to provide participants with hands-on application of statistical concepts and methods that are useful in daily business activity. Utilizing a real world case study with both manufacturing and transactional examples, participants will work in teams to determine what should be measured and how data should be accurately collected, recorded, and analyzed to make well-informed decisions and improve results.
