Lean Essentials Boot Camp Basics (Manufacturing)
This course teaches the foundations and ideology behind Lean methods and how they integrate within organizations to achieve process improvement. Upon completion, participants will have a firm understanding of what Lean is and how it can benefit organizations. Basic Lean tools such as 8 Wastes, 5S and Kaizen events are also covered.
