Program will help me be a better people leader.

After this training our team will sit down and do some planning/conversing about our different styles.

This program was informative and the facilitator exhibited a creative teaching and development style.

I loved learning how to recognize other people's styles and how to improve interactions based on their preferences.

The program offered small breakout group discussions, offered the right amount of lecture time and left time for experiential exercises.
