Training for different learning styles - Forum

Some of my employees have very different learning styles. Is there anyway to find a training course suitable for all or should I send them each to individual training courses?

Hello Kenneth,

Many companies are currently facing this same challenge! Training providers understand that there is no one way to best train an individual, and that education is highly dependent on the individual's learning styles and preferences. One way to be considerate of the various learning styles of your employees is to send out a survey asking which employees would prefer onsite training, which employees would prefer classroom training, and which would prefer online training. If possible, allowing them to choose the course format best meeting their needs would be the optimal route.

Another way is to contact the training provider through an information request and explain the different learning styles of your employees. Usually training providers try their best to accommodate all participants and some even offer hybrid courses.

Good luck and happy studying!
