MindSpring Consulting, Inc.
As learning and teaching experts, MindSpring has served clients around the world since 1999. Our mission is to provide individuals and the organizations they serve with exceptional quality training and development that leads to sustainable change.
Our goal is to lead people to the best of themselves through a greater understanding of the forces shaping their lives, both internally and externally. Our workshops are engaging and original, and move far beyond information and into application and synthesis. We design our workshops in-house, do not substitute assessments and PowerPoints for teaching and recognize that it’s less important what we know and much more important what we can cause you to know.
MindSpring continues to evolve its offerings to stay ahead of current trends and provide relevant and challenging experiences for our clients. Our newest content is based in consciousness, which goes beyond self-awareness and mindfulness, and is found in our workshop, “Conscious Leadership.”
Our beautiful campus in Asheville, NC has lush landscaping, several water features and decks for breakout groups. Our proximity to outdoor excursions, as well as our in-house Yoga studio, allows us to easily integrate experiential elements into our workshops. MindSpring is a woman-owned small business with a GSA Schedule to work with federal agencies. We also have a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the USDA Forest Service for team building, individual coaching and leadership development.
We work with Federal Agencies, healthcare industries, small businesses, educators, and Fortune 500 companies in the arenas of consciousness, emotional intelligence, integrity, conflict resolution, self-awareness, effective meeting design, team dynamics, and leadership development. We offer free attendance to workshops, team building and train the trainer support to ABCCM, a local non-profit dedicated to providing transitional housing for homeless veterans and others in need.
