Sharon Wingron, President and Chief Learning Leader, is a Certified DiSC Trainer and an ASTD CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance). Sharon is a past member of the ASTD Board of Directors, Past President of the St. Louis ASTD chapter, reviewer for the Excellence in Practice Awards and a CPLP Pioneer. She loves the learning and perfromance profession and gives back through her continued ASTD involvement as well as mentoring and growing learnin leaders.
