Vistelar, LLC
Vistelar is a training and consulting institute focused on addressing the entire spectrum of human conflict — from before contact to how conflict is managed.
We serve contact professionals who interact directly with the general public or an organization’s clients (e.g., law enforcement, healthcare, security, education, customer service) — and organizational teams who want to improve their performance by better managing conflict.
Vistelar’s mission is to address these growing problems: lack of respect, increased aggression, and damaging videos. Our vision is to build respectful and safer environments by teaching people how to treat each other with dignity.
Our methodologies have been proven in the real-world for over thirty years and are the subject of several books and training manuals in Vistelar’s Confidence in Conflict and Conflict Management series.
Vistelar’s training is focused on the point of impact — the short period of time when disagreements, insults or gateway behaviors, such as swearing or aggressive posturing, can escalate to conflict and on to emotional and/or physical violence.
