Paramount HR Solutions was set up in May 2005 as a HR company. In 2006 it started to develop a training arm and became a FETAC registered provider. By 2007 the company started its first FETAC programmes which were delivered to its business clients. The company now delivers full and minor awards. Paramount HR Solutions has also developed two Major Awards in response to client needs. Paramount Education and Training also delivers Skillnets programmes to clients.
Paramount HR Solutions is industry-led and at its core is the aspiration of progressing client relationships and contracts by offering more special purpose awards at that are nationally and internationally recognized at all levels. This is clear in the company’s vision, mission and values.
