Established in 1988, with full ISO accreditation, Masterclass specialises in the design and delivery of bespoke training, coaching and mentoring services in leadership and management, communication and interpersonal skills and customer service/client relationship management for in house, open or online delivery. Public sector clients include Environment Agency, House of Commons, NHS, Probation and many local authorities. International commercial clients include Vodafone, PwC, DLAPiper, Initial Rentokil, TrendMicro and Citrix. Our teams work across levels from Executive Boards and NEDs, Cabinet Ministers, Senior Partners, Directors, Management and staff at all levels. We have designed graduate programmes for Avis and our programme for PwC achieved London Business School accreditation.
