Emerging Leader Series

The Emerging Leaders program is a rigorous online course aimed at helping newly appointed managers become proficient in essential business principles and cultivate essential competencies such as leadership, strategy, communication, coaching, and negotiation. The program comprises sessions led by subject-matter experts in each field and project-based learning, offering a multidisciplinary perspective. Over ten weeks, participants will have a chance to advance their skills and knowledge, accelerating their journey to success in leadership roles, promoting high-potential employees' retention, and mitigating challenges encountered when high-performing team members struggle to adapt to leadership positions.
