Human Factors International (HFI), is an international consulting and training company in the UX field since 1981. HFI has a certification program called Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) which is recognized throughout the industry. The CUA track consists of four different courses, and an exam. HFI has been providing User Experience (UX) training for over thirty years and certified over 7000 individuals as CUAs.
